Are you looking for support for your Community Organisation?
Are you part of a Community Group that could benefit from a little informal one to one, face to face support?
Have you, or someone you know, an idea to develop your community and not sure where to begin?
Do you have questions about legal structures, money or equipment?
Come along to one of our very informal surgeries to ask Birmingham Community Matters ‘community activists’ those questions and any others you may have!
‘Birmingham Community Matters’ is holding an event at New Heights Community Cafe on Wed 3rd May 2017 from 1.30 – 3.30. You, or any person you know, who is interested in developing a community organisation or community enterprise is welcome to attend this informal information sharing event.
At different tables in the Cafe volunteer ‘surgeons’ will provide support on a one-to-one basis to new and/or developing small community and voluntary groups situated in and operating for the benefit of the people of Birmingham. This is a great opportunity for local people, interested in developing their local community organisation or even starting one up from scratch.
