St Johns
Forget Me Not Choir SessionMondays at 1:15 – 2:30pm
The Forget Me Not Choir is a session for people living with dementia and their carers. It provides an opportunity to enjoy singing together in a relaxed and supportive environment. The group meets every Monday from 1:15pm to 2:30pm at the St Johns Centre for a sing-along and a friendly get-together.
Line Dancing SessionTUESDAYS at 11am – 12pm
The Line Dancing session is a fun and energetic class suitable for all abilities. It offers a great way to stay active, learn new dance routines, and enjoy music in a friendly and social atmosphere. The group meets every Tuesday from 11:00am to 12:00pm at the St Johns Centre.
Chair Based Fitness SessionWEDNESDAY AT 9.15am – 10.45am
Women’s Fitness & Chair-Based Fitness – These back-to-back sessions offer a great way to stay active in a supportive and social environment. Women’s Fitness (9:15am–10:00am) focuses on improving strength, flexibility, and overall wellbeing, while Chair-Based Fitness (10:00am–10:45am) provides gentle exercises that can be done while seated, helping to improve mobility and strength for all abilities. The sessions take place every Wednesday at the St Johns Centre.
Family Boxercise SessionWEDNESDAYS at 3.30pm – 4.30pm
The Family Boxercise session is a fun and energetic class forschool-aged children, focusing on fitness, coordination, and confidence in a supportive and friendly environment. The group meets everyWednesdayfrom3:30pm to 4:15pmat theSt Johns Centre.
Teas & CoffeeTHURSDAYS 10am-10.30am
The Teas and Coffee session is a relaxed social gathering where people can enjoy a hot drink and friendly conversation. The group meets every Thursday from 10:00am to 10:30am at the St Johns Centre.
Tai Chi SessionThursdays at 10.30am-11.30am
The Tai Chi session is a gentle exercise class that promotes balance, flexibility, relaxation, and overall wellbeing. The slow, flowing movements help reduce stress, improve posture and coordination, and encourage mindfulness. Participants of all abilities are welcome to enjoy the calming atmosphere while meeting others and taking care of their physical and mental health. The group meets every Thursday from 10:30am to 11:30am at the St Johns Centre.
Lunch Club SessionThursdays at 12.30pm-2.30pm
The Lunch Club is a welcoming social gathering where participants can enjoy a freshly prepared meal in a friendly and relaxed environment. It provides an opportunity to meet new people, catch up with friends, and enjoy conversation over lunch. The session encourages community connection and wellbeing, making mealtimes a sociable and enjoyable experience. The group meets every Thursday from 12:30pm to 2:30pm at the St Johns Centre.
Active ClubThursdays 3.30pm-4.30pm
The Active Club is a fun and energetic session designed for girls aged 7–16. It encourages physical activity, teamwork, and confidence through a variety of games, exercises, and activities in a safe and supportive environment. Participants can improve fitness, make new friends, and enjoy being active in a welcoming and positive space. The group meets every Thursday from 3:30pm to 4:30pm. If the weather is on our side the sessions will be outdoors, if not it will take place at the St Johns Centre.
Stay, Learn and PlayFridays at 9.30am – 11.00am
Stay, Learn & Play is a lively and engaging session for young children. It provides opportunities for play, learning, and social interaction in a safe and friendly environment. Activities include creative play, early learning games, and opportunities to develop social and motor skills. The group meets every Friday from 9:30am to 11:00am at the St Johns Centre.
Food PantryFortnight Fridays at 11.30am – 12.30pm
Food Pantry is a supportive and welcoming session for individuals and families in need. It provides access to essential groceries and household items in a friendly and respectful environment. Participants can receive assistance, connect with the community, and find support where needed. The Food Pantry is open fortnightly on Fridays from 11:30am to 12:30pm at the St Johns Centre.
Community MealOn the Last Sunday Of Each Month 4pm – 6pm
All welcome to join us and share a three course meal on the last Sunday of each month! Places available on a first come first serve basis.
All dietary requirements catered for, this is a FREE SERVICE funded by Dr Bhomra of Aylesbury Surgery.

Youth Social ActionOur Youth Social Action group ranges from 8-16 year olds.
This group is all about giving back to the community while making new friends along the way.
We regularly put on different events for our YSA group including Trips & Activities!
Slow Cooking SessionOnce Every Month, Wednesdays at 1:30 – 2:30pm
Once a month we host a slow cooking session for local residents to come together, learn budget-friendly recipes, and build cooking skills. Attendees will learn how to make meals, and everyone goes home with a gifted bag of fresh ingredients to recreate the dish at home.

Over 65’s Digital SupportMonday 21st October at 1:00 – 3:00pm
Need support on your digital devices such as laptops, smart phones pop into the café and get digital support.
Community Network OfficerTuesdays at 9 – 1pm
Every Tuesday we have Drop in sessions at our Community Café supporting you with free, friendly advice on local services, cost-of-living support, and finding the right community resources to help you thrive.
Arts & Crafts SessionTuesday at 11 – 1pm
Bring your creativity to life at our relaxed Community Café craft sessions. We welcome everyone to come along, try your hand at a new craft project, and enjoy a warm chat with friendly neighbours. It is the perfect place to unwind, express yourself, and meet new people over a cuppa.
Quiz SessionWednesdays at 11 – 1pm
If you fancy a bit of fun trivia and a good chat, come along to our relaxed community quiz. It is a completely stress-free session where local residents get together to test their knowledge, enjoy a cuppa, and have a laugh. You don’t need to be a trivia expert to join in everyone is welcome, and you can easily jump onto a friendly team when you arrive.
Our Place Advice ServiceThursday AT 10am – 3pm
Every Thursday, a friendly advisor visits our Community Café to offer free guidance, mentoring, and support.
Women’s Domestic Violence SupportFriday 16th October at 1:30 – 3:30pm
Need a safe space to talk? a friendly, specialised advisor joins us at the Community Café. They offer free, confidential support, mentoring, and guidance for women experiencing domestic challenges or looking for a way forward.
