If you would like your information to be removed from our records or your contact preferences amended, please e-mail enquiries@new-heights.org.uk. Alternatively you can make a request by telephoning 0121 386 4353 to request a copy of our Data Access Request form. All forms must signed be returned to our main office situated at St Johns Centre (124 Warren Farm Road, Kingstanding, B44 0QN) or electronically to enquiries@new-heights.org.uk
To exercise these rights we require you to prove your identity with of one piece of approved identification such as a passport or driving licence.
Please address any requests to New Heights Warren Farm Community Project Data Controller. We shall respond within 40 days of receipt of your written request and confirmed ID. We will not charge a fee for this process.
